Our Maruthamunai Online Team have decided to release the first beta version for the web site  (www.maruthamunaionline.com) from today. As you all know that our team is working hard to connect our home town's daily process. Our team need full support from you all. Please be enough to give your comments and thoughts.
We are hoping to expand our service in the theme of "Encyclopedia of Maruthamunai". Therefore we are in need of all details of our home land. That may be rare images, histories of public places, personals and so on.

The Maruthamunai online's web site will be officially launched on 5th of April 2010. After running the beta version, the Maruthamunai Online Team have decided to launch the web site.

The chief guest will be the Managing Director of HLJ - Creations (PVT) Ltd. The occasion will be held in Shams Central College Maruthamunai in Marhoom Dr. HL. Jamaldeen (SSP) Memorial Stage. Also the above date was fixed to mark the first death anniversary of Marhoom Dr. HL. Jamaldeen (SSP).

மேலும் எதிர்வரும் 05.04.2010 அன்று உத்தியோகபூர்வமாக  தமது வெப்தளத்தை ஆரம்பித்து வைக்கவுள்ளனர். மருதமுனை ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரியின் மர்ஹூம் HL, ஜமால்தீன் (SSP) ஞபகார்த்த அரங்கில் இவ்விழா நடைபெற ஏற்பாடாகியுள்ளது. இதற்கு பிரதம அதிதயாக HLJ Creations (PVT) LTD யின் முகாமைத்துவ பணிப்பாளர் கலந்து சிறப்பிக்கவுள்ளார்.

மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட திகதி மர்ஹூம் HL, ஜமால்தீன் (SSP) அவர்களின் முதலாவது வருட நினைவு தினமாகும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

Honor the journalists from Ampara District (25.03.2010)

A ceremony was taken by the Ampara District Journalists’ Association to honor the journalists from Ampara District. 15 journalists were selected to be honored in the occasion. 

There were two from Maruthamunai, Mr. MLM. Jamaldeen (Senior Journalist), Mr. Ismail B Mahrib (Senior Broadcaster).

The pictures below shows that the Ex. MP. MHM. Harees and Mr. Nowsad honored them by the golden shawl and awarded them memorial crest. Also you can see that Mr. Meera L. Issadeen (The president of the Ampara District Journalists’ Association and Senior Journalists) in the middle of them.

முன்னாள் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களான HMM. ஹரீஸ்,  நௌஷாட் ஆகியோர் இவர்களுக்கான பொன்னாடை போர்த்தி நினைவு சின்னம் வழங்கினர். ஊடகவியலாளர் சம்மேளனத்தின் தலைவர் சிரேஷ்ட ஊடகவியலாளர் மீரா S இஸ்ஸதீன் மத்தியில் காணப்படுகிறார்.

The college song of AL-Madeena Vidayala was introduced (25.03.2010)

The college song of AL-Madeena Vidayala was introduced couple of days before, at the college auditorium. The pictures below shows that Mr. HM.A. Wadood (Kalmunai Divisional Director), Dr.Ms. Pushpalatha, Mrs. HM. Wadood awarding prizes to Mr. MHM. Nazar who was the music composer for the song, Ms. MAC. Seefa, Ms. AM. Thilsath Nisla who were the singer. Also Mrs. MHM. Abdullah retried Teacher, Mr. Nihmathullah the principal of the college and Mr. Jowfer Shadique Secretary - School Developmet Society. Its to state that the college was newly opened after Tsunami.

SZM. Mshoor Moulana was admitted to the Kalmunai Ashraff Memorial Hospital after a road traffic accident (25.03.2010)

The Deputy Mayor of Kalmunai Municipal council and Caneter. SZM. Mshoor Moulana was admitted to the Kalmunai Ashraff Memorial Hospital after a road traffic accident on 22^nd of March 2010.

The accident was taken place while the Deputy Mayor was travelling on his way to Kalmunai through Polannaruwa in Punanai. His car was crashed on an electricity post. The hospital surroundings believe that he might have fracture in pelvic region. The Relations told that the Deputy Mayor will be soon taken to Colombo for further treatments.

கல்முனை மாநகர சபையின் பிரதி மேயரும், மூத்த அரசியல்வாதியுமான செனட்டர் மசூர் மௌலானா நேற்று முன்தினம் (2010.03.22) விபத்தொன்றில் காயம் அடைந்து கல்முனை அஷ்ரப் ஞாபகார்த்த வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருகிறார்.

நேற்று முன்தினம் (2010.03.22) கொழும்பிலிருந்து பொலநறுவை வழியாக கல்முனைக்கு வந்து கொண்டிருந்த போது புணாணை எனும் இடத்தில் வைத்து இவர் பயணம் செய்த கார் மின் கம்பத்தில் மோதியதையடுத்தே இந்த விபத்து ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

இந்த விபத்து காரணமாக மசூர் மௌலானாவின் இடுப்புப் பகுதியில் முறிவு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாக நம்பப்படுகிறது. மேலதிக சிகிச்சைக்காக கொழும்புக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல இருப்பதாக உறவினர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

JM.Nashath had fallen down from Electrical fence

JM.Nashath the13 year’s old student of Shams Central College was admitted in hospital.  He had fallen down from Electrical fence on 2010.03.22.

Along with this student two of his friends were trying to catch birds on a building near Mashoor Moulana play ground and also near the transformer.  This accident was took place while they were tryng to catch birds narrated the neighbors of the area.  

This student was first admitted to the Kalmunai Base hospital and he was later taken to the Batticaloa hospital for further treatment.

மருதமுனையைச் சேர்ந்த JM. நஸ்கத் என்ற 13 வயதுடைய பாடசாலை மாணவன் நேற்று முன்தினம் மாலை (2010.03.22) மின்கம்பியில் சிக்கி கீழே விழுந்ததால் ஆபத்தான நிலையில் வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

மருதமுனை ஸம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரியில் 8ம் தரத்தில் கல்வி பயிலும் இம்மாணவனும் இவரது நண்பர்களான 2 மாணவர்களும் நேற்று முன்தினம் மாலை மருதமுனை மசூர் மௌலானா விளையாட்டு மைதானத்திற்கருகில் அமைந்திருக்கின்ற மின்மாற்றிக்கருகில் உள்ள கட்டிடத்தில் குருவி பிடிக்க முயற்சித்த போதே மின்மாற்றிக்கம்பியில் சிக்குண்ட போதே இந்தச் சம்பவம் இடம்பெற்றதாக அயலவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

இம்மாணவன் சிகிச்சைக்காக கல்முனை வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு மேலதிக சிகிச்சைக்காக மட்டக்களப்பு வைத்தியசாலைக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.

Entrepreneurism Educational Exhibition (18.03.2010)

An educational exhibition “Entrepreneurism Educational Exhibition” was held in Maruthamunai Pulavarmani Sharifudeen Vidyalaya today morning. The Chief Guest was Mr. MS. மருதமுனை புலவர்மணி ஷரிபுத்தீன் வித்தியாலயத்தில் "முயற்சியாண்மைக் கல்விக்கண்காட்சி" எனும் தலைப்பில் க.பொ.த. (சா/த) வகுப்பு மாணவர்களால் கல்விக்கண்காட்சி இன்று காலை வித்தியாலய மண்டபத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.

இதில் பிரதம அதிதியாக பிரதிக்கலவிப் பணிப்பாளர் MS. அப்துல் ஜலீல் அவர்களும் கௌரவ அதிதியாக கோட்டக் கல்விப் பணிப்பளர் HMA. வதூத், ஆசிரிய ஆலோசகர் K. திருச்செல்வம் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Foot Ball Tournament (17.03.2010)

The Foot Ball Tournament among the Sports Clubs in the Kalmunai Muslim Division was started in Masoor Moulana Ground yesterday.

The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. MM. Naufal (DS Kalmunai Muslim Division). Also Mr. M.A. Jamal Mohamed (Vice President - ADFA), A.M. Ibrahim (General Secretary - ADFA), A.l. Gani (Secretary Ampara District Referee Association) and M.I.M. Ameer Ali (Sports Coordinator – Ampara District) A.M.M. Raseen (Divisional Sports Coordinator) were participated.

07 teams are participating in this Tournament, and the 1^st match was between Maruthamunai Eastern Youth Sports Club and Maruthamunai Gold Mind Sports Club. Maruthamunai Gold Mind Sports Club won the match by Penalty Kick.
Mr. A.M.M. Raseen (Divisional Sports Coordinator) said “other matches in this tournament will held on coming 17, 18, 23, and 24 of this Month. The final match will held on coming 29^th of this Month”.

இந்நிகழ்வில் அம்பாரை மாவட்ட உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனத்தின் உப தலைவர் M.A. ஜமால் முகம்மது, பொதுச்செயலாளர் A.M. இப்றாஹீம், அம்பாரை மாவட்ட மத்தியஸ்தர்கள் சங்கத்தின் செயலாளர் A.L.  கனி, அம்பாரை மாவட்ட விளையாட்டதிகாரி M.I.M. அமீர் அலி பிரதேச விளையாட்டதிகாரி A.M.M. றசீன் ஆகியோரும் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

07 கழகங்கள் பங்கு கொள்ளும் இச்சுற்றுப்போட்டியின் 1வது போட்டியில் மருதமுனை கோல்ட்மைன்ட் விளையாட்டுக்கழகமும் ஈஸ்டன் யூத் விளையாட்டுக்கழகமும் பங்கு பற்றின.

போட்டி மிகவும் விறுவிறுப்பாக நடைபெற்று 2 ற்கு 2 என்ற கோல் அடிப்படையில் சமநிலையானதையடுத்து தண்டனை உதை மூலம் 5 ற்கு 4 என்ற கோல் அடிப்படையில் கோல்ட்மைன்ட் விளையாட்டுக்கழகமும் வெற்றி பெற்றது.

ஏனைய போட்டிகள் இம்மாதம் 17ம், 18ம், 23ம், 24ம் திகதிகளில் நடைபெறும். இறுதிப்போட்டி 29ம் திகதி நடைபெறவுள்ளதாக பிரதேச விளையாட்டதிகாரி A.M.M. றசீன் தெரிவித்தார்

memorial Jersey set of Marhoom H.L. Jamaldeen (SSP, Former President- ADFA) (16.03.2010)

The 37th annual general  meeting  of  Ampara District Football Association (ADFA) was held in Ashraff  Hall, Al- Manar Ceny\tral College, Maruthamunai on 14.03.2010.

A memorial Jersey set of Marhoom H.L. Jamaldeen (SSP, Former President- ADFA) was donated by Mr. MSM. Fazeel  (Eng) and Mr.S.M. Nasar (Business Man) to the Football Team of ADFA.

கடந்த 14.03.2010 அன்று மருதமுனை அல்-மனார் மத்திய கல்லூரியின் அஷ்ரப் மண்டபத்தில் அம்பாரை மாவட்ட உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனத்தின் 37வது வருடாந்த பொதுக்கூட்டம் இடம்பெற்றது. 

இதில் மறைந்த முன்னாள் அம்பாரை மாவட்ட உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளனத்தின் தலைவர் மர்ஹூம் H.L.ஜமால்தீன் (SSP, முன்னாள் தலைவர் - ADFA) அவர்களின் ஞாபகார்த்த மேலங்கிகள் அம்பாரை மாவட்ட உதைபந்தாட்ட சம்மேளன அணிக்கு பொறியியலாளர் M.SM. பஷீல் மற்றும் தொழிலதிபர் S.M. நாசர் அவர்களால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

The first Old Boys Association (OBA) meeting of Shams Central College, Maruthamunai was held today at around 4.00 p.m in college auditorium.  The new Executive Committee was elected for the year of 2010 – 2011.

Zonal Level Sports Meet - 2010 (13.03.2010)

The major games among the Schools in Kalmunai Zonal were held in Maruthamunai today.

Under 17 and under 19 football match were held in maruthamunai Masoor Moulana Ground today. The final match under 17 was held between Maruthamunai Shams Central College and Maruthamunai Al-Manar Central College. Maruthamunai Shams Central College became Champion of the match by beating Maruthamunai Al-Manar Central College at the score 3-0. Also under 19  final match was held between Maruthamunai Shams Central College and Maruthamunai Al-Manar Central College. Maruthamunai Shams Central College became Champion of the match by beating Maruthamunai Al-Manar Central College at the score 3-0.

கல்முனை வலய பாடசாலைகளுக்கு இடையிலான இவ்வாண்டின் வலய மட்ட பெருவிளையாட்டுக்கள் இன்று மருதமுனையில் நடைபெற்றன. 

இன்று மருதமுனை மசூர் மௌலானா விளையாட்டு மைதானத்தில்17, 19 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான உதைபந்தாட்டப் போட்டி நடைபெற்றது. 17 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான உதைபந்தாட்டப் போட்டியின் இறுதிப்போட்டி மருதமுனை ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணி மற்றும் மருதமுனை அல்-மனார் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணிக்கிடையில் நடைபெற்றது. இதில் மருதமுனை ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணி 3-0 எனும் அடிப்படையில் வெற்றியீட்டியது. 
அதுபோல் 19 வயதிற்குட்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கான உதைபந்தாட்டப் போட்டியின் இறுதிப்போட்டி மருதமுனை ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணி மற்றும் மருதமுனை அல்-மனார் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணிக்கிடையில் நடைபெற்றது. இதிலும் மருதமுனை ஷம்ஸ் மத்திய கல்லூரி அணி 3-0 எனும் அடிப்படையில் வெற்றியீட்டியது.

Athletics of Divisional Level Sports Meet - 2010 (10.03.2010)

You all know, the major games among the Schools in Kalmunai (muslim) Division were held in Maruthamunai last week.
The athletic games were held in Maruthamunai Masoor Moulana Ground this week (yesterday & today). All the schools under Kalmunai (muslim) Division were participated in this sports meet.
Mr U.S. Sameem (PET the sports coordinator in Kalmunai (muslim) Division) told " All the Athletics except high Jump for all age groups, were held fine. We couldn't get  the Mattress for High Jump, therefore this event will be held later."

கல்முனை (முஸ்லிம் ) கோட்ட பாடசாலைகளுக்கு இடையிலான இவ்வாண்டின் கோட்டமட்ட பெருவிளையாட்டுக்கள் சென்ற வாரம் மருதமுனையில் நடைபெற்றது யாவரும் அறிந்ததே.

இவ்வாரம் (நேற்றும் இன்றும்) மருதமுனை மசூர் மௌலானா விளையாட்டு மைதானத்தில் மாணவர்களுக்கான சுவட்டு மற்றும் மைதான நிகழ்ச்சிகள் நடைபெற்றன.

கல்முனை (முஸ்லிம்) கோட்டத்திற்கான இணைப்புச்செயலாளர் Mr. U.S. சமீம்  ஆசிரியர் தெரிவிக்கையில் மாணவர்களுக்கான உயரம் பாய்தல் நிகழ்ச்சியை தவிர மற்றைய சகல நிதழ்ச்சிகளும் இனிதே நடந்து முடிந்தன. உயரம் பாய்தல் நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான Mattress கிடைக்காமையே அந்நிகழ்ச்சி இடம் பெறாமைக்கு காரணமாகும். அந்நிகழ்ச்சி பிறிதொரு தினத்தில் நடைபெறும்.
